VILLA 9: 4 Bedrooms + 3 Bathrooms – 8 people (maximum)

This is an old farmhouse, perhaps over 100 years old. Of the former agricultural outbuildings—which included pigsties, chicken coops, the donkey stable, the wine cellar with a press for making wine, and the oven house—we only kept the wine press and the oven. With them, we created a single open-plan space that today serves as the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

This room is a permanent social hub in the house. Bright, spacious, and featuring a wine press and a oven (out of service), it is a space that, all on its own, invites socializing and conversation.

The house is arranged over two floors

On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: one double bedroom and two smaller bedrooms with two single beds each. The ground floor has 1 double bedroom and a bathroom, tucked away from the social area of the living room.

In total, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room/kitchen, and 2 outdoor patios. The layout of the windows, the living room, and the patios gives the impression of a single, large living space spanning from one end of the house to the other (over 200 m2). From the edge of one patio, you can see all the way to the end of the other. These patios allow children to play outdoors. Television and PlayStation are quickly traded for outdoor games.
