Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m. (the keys must be left inside the accommodation).
Yes. After 8:00 p.m., check-in is done digitally (via video and with a code sent by SMS to the phone number on the reservation). If you prefer a check-in presencial após as 20h00, this will have an additional cost of €10, paid directly to the person who will check you in.
Yes, upon request. You may extend your stay until 2:00 p.m., but only if theres no other reservation entering the same accommodation on that day.
All taxes, bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo, Wi-Fi internet access, and weekly cleaning are included. In Apartments 1 to 8, breakfast and bicycle use are also included.
Up to one week before check-in: Cancellation is free of charge. The prepayment will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal.
Less than one week before check-in: The prepayment is not refunded in cash, but you receive a Voucher worth 100% of the amount. to be used for a future stay with us.
For bookings made during the high season,a 30% prepayment of the total booking amount is required.
As a rule, pets are not allowed, in our accommodations. If you bring a pet without prior notice or authorisation, there will be an additional 20% charge on the total stay, and you must present an up-to-date vaccination record. However, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation (without refund) if the property is fully booked or if the animal disturbs other guests.
Tip: We have partnerships with nearby pet hotels so you can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind.
Yes, events are allowed (birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, photo shoots, etc.), but only with prior authorisation.We do not charge extra fees for the event itself, only the standard accommodation or space rental fee, but we need to coordinate dates to avoid conflicts with other guests.
Yes. To ensure everyone’s rest, it is mandatory to keep silence from 11:00 p.m. onwards., especially in outdoor areas and patios.
Extra guest: There is an additional charge of €30 per night.
Crib (for babies/children): There is an additional charge of €5 per night.
